RETURNS – REFUNDS – REPAIRS
Because Jewelco London is a UK based & VAT registered business, your purchases are protected by United Kingdom Distance Selling & Consumer Protection regulations.
This means you have 30 days to return your purchase for a refund.
For health & hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewellery that have been tried on are ineligible for return. We have technology that can detect jewellery that has been tried on.
When returning your order, please ensure the items are packed appropriately, and that the correct postage has been paid, to avoid damage or delay.
Jewelco London is not responsible for items lost, tampered with or damaged in the post when being returned for exchange, repair or refund/credit.
To ensure your jewellery is covered please use an insured service, while also using tamper-proof packaging.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Jewelco London guarantees jewellery against manufacturing fault for a period of 12 months from the date of sale.
We do not guarantee jewellery that has been worn inappropriately or dented.
Extreme care is taken to ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition.
Please retain your delivery note as proof of purchase.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, Jewelco London will offer you a refund for your jewellery within 30 days after the delivery date on strict condition that it is returned unworn in its original packaging enclosing a copy of the delivery note.
Regretfully postage cannot be refunded.
Any modifications made by a Third Party, such as engraving or repair, will invalidate your guarantee.
We are unable accept returns of bespoke Items, such as Wedding Rings, Nameplates, or engraved jewellery due to the unique nature of the product.
Should you wish to exchange your product for a different size or length, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
In the event of receiving faulty goods, please get in touch within 7 days and your statutory rights will be applied.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURNS?
If we are at fault, we will credit your return postage costs (e.g. incorrect product).
Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs (e.g. change of mind).
Returns information for Bespoke jewellery, such as Initial Rings, Wedding Rings, Nameplates etc:
Jewelco London is passionate about quality and service. Our aim is to provide you with quality jewellery that you will treasure for many years.
For your peace of mind, we are pleased to offer you a 24-hour cooling off period before we put your bespoke, modified, or personalised jewellery order into production. After that, your order cannot be returned unless it is incorrect or faulty in accordance with your statutory rights.
Please ensure that your order is correct before placing with us. To amend or cancel your order, please email email@example.com within your 24 hour cooling off period. This is in accordance with the provisions under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, SI 2000/2334.
Should your order be incorrect, damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please notify us by email within 7 working days of receipt of the goods in question. Jewelco London at their discretion, will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; or replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
