Your Jewelco London jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty covering material defects and production faults from the date of purchase. The prerequisite is that you, as the consumer, have purchased the jewellery from Jewelco London.
We will repair your Jewelco London jewellery within this 12-month warranty period following the date of purchase free of charge. If a repair is not possible or the repair deemed too expensive, we will exchange the jewellery against jewellery of equal value free of charge. The warranty lapses in the event of third-party repairs or modifications. The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts, abuse or if the jewellery is damaged, for example during an accident.
The Jewelco London warranty does not affect your statuary rights.
To take advantage of our warranty service, please return your jewellery to us within this 12-month warranty period. To validate the warranty please include proof of purchase, or order number, in your parcel.
For your own security, please return your jewellery to us by tracked mail. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport.
