Shipping Information
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse in secure, tamper-proof packaging for your peace of mind. All of our delivery services include tracking, and most parcels are scanned upon delivery, allowing us to confirm that your order has arrived safely.
Most of our orders are despatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items require additional production time.
Where possible, please provide a delivery address where someone will be available during normal business hours (9:00am–5:00pm), as some services require a signature upon delivery.
If your order is required by a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting an express delivery option. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next-day service and delivery times cannot be guaranteed by Royal Mail.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays or deliveries to remote areas.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes and import duties are calculated and charged at checkout where applicable. UK prices include VAT at the current rate. Unfortunately, VAT refunds cannot be provided on orders shipped outside the United Kingdom.
Undelivered Orders
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, we'll take full responsibility and either resend your order or issue a refund, depending on your preference and the circumstances. Before a parcel can be declared lost, we must wait until the carrier's official investigation period has elapsed.
Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 10 working days after the expected delivery date.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery: 5 working days after the expected delivery date.
