Shipping policy

For your peace of mind, our parcels are delivered in tamper-proof packaging, which are usually scanned before delivery, so we know your order has arrived safely.

As goods are shipped from our UK based warehouse, orders are guaranteed and are shipped fast!

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt (UK working days only) although bespoke orders will take longer.

Please use an address where you are most likely to be during office hours (i.e. 9am to 5pm), as your parcel may require a signature. 

Please note, as Royal Mail offer no guarantees for delivery times for Royal Mail 24 service, we strongly recommend choosing an express delivery service when your order is needed by a certain date, to avoid disappointment.
Items shipped within the U.K. are delivered using one of the following services:
                Royal Mail 24
                Royal Mail Tracked 24
                Royal Mail Special Delivery
Items shipped to international addresses are delivered by:
                Royal Mail International
                Deutsche Post
                DHL Express Worldwide

*Orders shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery will require a signature upon delivery.

 

 

 

TAX & DUTIES

Prices quoted include UK VAT at the current rate.
International Customers are liable for all duties and other levies.
Jewelco London is unable to provide VAT refunds when sending items abroad.


SERVICES TO AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Transport capacities to Australia and New Zealand remain considerably reduced. The transit time is furthermore affected by the duration of import customs clearance at the ports. 

Express Delivery (via DHL Express) is approximately 8 days

Standard Delivery (via DHL Globalmail) is approximately 30-60 days

UNDELIVERED ORDERS:

In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive, we will ofcourse take full responsibility and either resend or refund your order - dependant on preference and circumstance. Though in cases of a refund, we may have to wait the appropriate amount of time before we can consider a parcel to be lost.

Royal Mail considers a parcel lost if it hasn't been delivered by the end of the: 
10th working day after due date - for 24 & Tracked24
and
5th working day after due date - for Special Delivery
